Terms and Conditions

多謝 閣下選購東芝産品,本公司提供免費保用期(由購買日起計).爲保障閣下權益,請詳閱下列細則

(1)     産品或部份配件保用期限如下:

a)       液晶體電視機 及 液晶體背光電視機可享有3免費保用期

b)       隨機付送遙控器可享有6個月免費保用期

(2)     在下列情況下,本保用證將會自動失效-

a)       産品因曾被錯誤操作,疏忽使用或因天災人禍等意外引致機件損壞;

b)       産品因被非本公司技術人員修理或改裝

c)       産品機身號碼曾被轉換,塗改或除去

d)       産品不按原廠提供之安裝指示

e)       並非在本公司受權之經銷商購買

f)        產品用作商業用途

g)       靜止圖像顯示太長時間 (: 公司標誌、字符、遊戲、電腦圖示或更改顯示比例等)引致屏幕留下永久殘

(3)     由購買日起開始計算,保用期裝飾物等專案, :鍵板、機殼、電源綫、座檯架等),機件如有損壞或發生故障時,經本公司技術人員證實該機故障屬正常使用下發生,本公司將提供免費修理及零件更換,而更換後之損壞零件將歸屬本公司

(4)     一切修理服務只在本公司辦公時間內及安全工作環境下方可提供

(5)     安裝於高位、掛在牆壁上,或其它裝置內的液晶電視機,在修理時,用戶須先行將機移至方便檢修之處。一切安裝工程,或維修時須移 除的裝修物料之復原,用戶須自行處理

(6)     本公司將不負責任何由於器材而招致的直接或間接損失

(7)     若需外勤服務之本港離島〔包括大嶼山、南丫島、長洲、坪洲、東涌、愉景灣及馬灣市內〕需繳付本公司所訂之合理舟車費用,每次HK$200

(8)     離島用戶若其產品需回廠修理,用戶需負責將該產品送往本公司的服務中心,或位於市區交通可達的地方交收及於修妥後,自行在同一地點取回,用戶須自行繳付船運費。禁區內或艇上的用戶若其產品需修理,用戶需負責將產品送出禁區外或市區岸上的地方,供本公司派員檢修或取回廠修理,於完成維修後,在同一地點取回

(9) 液晶顯示屏屬高技術產品,具大量的像素。基於 LCD  屏幕的結構特性,可能會出現一些無效的像素,如死點或藍色、綠色、紅色的亮點。這屬於產品規格範圍之內,並不是故障公司僅接受由購買日期起計7天內的更換貨品要求。有關更換原因必須為LCD屏幕出現多於3點死點及/或光點,及必須經由本公司技術人員核實。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終之決定權

(10)  除非徵得本公司同意外,保用權不得轉讓

(11)  客戶要求派員上門檢查或維修產品,經判斷後該等服務並不包括在保用條款 ( 包括 : 不當使用或技術與操作查詢 )創維有權就該等服務向客戶收取行政費港幣 150

(12)  保養只適用於香港特別行政區或澳門特別行政區而獲授權之店鋪所購買之產品

(13)  如需要補發保用證或在30天後補辦登記保養服務, 本公司須收取HK$50手續費

(14)  保用登記之購買日期須與正式購貨收據日期符合,並於修理時與收據之正本一併出示予本公司技術人員查閱方為有效

(15)  本保用細則內容如有修改,恕另行通知.如有任何爭議,創維海外有限公司擁有最終決定權

(16)  產品內置或外置存儲媒體 :

a)  對任何在維修時遺失儲存於該等媒體的資料、數據或程式,如有任何損毀創維概不負責;

b)       創維不會為維修產品之存儲媒體,提供備份服務;

c)       客戶應先在產品維修前,自行為產品內存儲媒體存備份

(17)  同一機型產品所預載之軟件版本可能因不同國家而略有不同,客戶切勿自行於其他國家之Skyworth網站下載任何升級韌體

(18)  因不可抗力或不能合理控制之任何原因 (如零件停止供應) 導致創維不能履行保用期內之責任,我們將安排更換相同或類似功能之產品,而該舊電視一經創維收取後,則視為客戶丟棄該舊電視放棄該舊電視之擁有權,客戶將不能向創維取回該舊電視•

(19)  創維不會負責任何第三方軟件之兼容,應用及功能上之問題

This is to certify that the “TOSHIBA” product is entitled to his warranty subject to the terms and conditions as belows:-

1)             Warranty period:-

a)         LCD TV & LED Backlight LCD TV is warranted for 3 years;

b)        All TOSHIBA remote controls are warranted for 6 months;

2)             This warranty is invalid in the following cases:-

a)         The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident and natural calamities;

b)        The product has been modified, altered and / or repaired by persons other than technician of SKYWORTH Overseas Limited;

c)         The serial number has been altered, effaced and /or removed;

d)        Fail to follow the installation instructions provided;

e)         Products were purchased in others areas and where is not authorized dealers by our company;

f)          The warranty service is invalid if the product is used for commercial nature;

g)        Still picture to be displayed for an extended period (e.g. company logos, text, games, computer images, images displayed in aspect ratio etc.) cause a permanent after-image to remain on the screen of display panel.

3)             For any defect, in the judgment of our technicians, caused under normal usage, Skyworth Overseas Limited is responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge within the warranty period (excepted accessories, e.g. keypad, cabinet, power cord and base stand etc.), commencing from the date of purchase. Any replaced defective parts will become Skyworth’s property.

4)             The service will only be provided at any time during our normal business hours and under the safe conditions and circumstances.

5)            In case the location of TV is hard to reach, mounting on the wall or it is installed within chassis, end-user has to move the product to an easily accessible location for service. Restoration of any removed decoration or building materials during repairing service is not included.

6)             The Company will not be liable for any loss directly caused from the breakdown of the equipment.

7)             An additional transportation cost at HK$200.00 will be charged for service on outlying islands (consist in Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Ping Chau , Tung Chung City, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan).

8)             In outlying island, if workshop repairing is needed, the customer will be responsible for transporting the product to and from our service centre, or a specified place in urban area. For customers in restricted areas or on boats, if service is required they will be responsible for transporting the product to and from a specified place out of restricted area or on shore in urban area for rendering of service.

9)             The LCD panel is a very high technology product with large number of pixels. Occasionally a few non-active pixels may appear on the screen as dead pixels or bright pixels in blue, green or red. This is within product specifications and does not constitute a fault. Product replacement request will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase for more than 3 dead / bright pixels found on the LCD panel verified by Skyworth. Skyworth reserves the final decision right in case of any disputes.

10)          All the rights of warranty are not transferable save with the consent of the Company.

11)          Customer request onsite inspection or repair service, if judged which is not covered by Warranty Terms & Conditions (such as misuse and technical/ operation consultation, Skyworth will charge administration fee of HK$150.

12)          Warranty will only be valid if the product was purchased in Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR.

13)          The service charge will be charged HK$50 if the warranty card is sent after 30 days of purchase of dated or re-issue the warranty card.

14)          Customers MUST present an official receipt to the technician for inspection when service is rendered. The date of purchase on the product warranty must be the same as that on the official receipt.

15)          The contents of this warranty terms and conditions will be adjusted without prior notice. In case of disputes, Skyworth Overseas Limited web site version shall prevail and reserves the right to make the final decision.

16)          Product external or built of any memory storage media:

a)         Skyworth shall not be responsible for any loss of data, which may be lost or damaged during repair;

b)        Skyworth will not provide back-up service of the product;

c)         Customer should make back-up copies before product inspection.

17)          The version of the software pre-loaded in the same product may vary in different countries, customer should not download any upgrade firmware from other countries.

18)          In case of any force majeure or uncontrollable cause (such as supply of the required spare parts is discontinued) which leads to Skyworth unable to carry out the services within the warranty period, we will arrange the same or similar functionality product to replace the old TV.

19)          This warranty does not cover any error or failure in software applications, content and/or services provided by third party (other than Skyworth) which are accessed through the television.
