Terms and Conditions

多謝 閣下選購創維産品,本公司提供免費保用期(由購買日起計).爲保障閣下權益,請詳閱下列細則

(1)     産品或部份配件保用期限如下:

a)       液晶體電視機 及 液晶體背光電視機可享有3免費保用期

b)       陳列品可享有3個月免費保用期;

c)       隨機付送遙控器可享有6個月免費保用期;

(2)     在下列情況下,本保用證將會自動失效-

a)       産品因曾被錯誤操作,疏忽使用或因天災人禍等意外引致機件損壞;

b)       産品因被非本公司技術人員修理或改裝

c)       産品機身號碼曾被轉換,塗改或除去

d)       産品不按原廠提供之安裝指示

e)       並非在本公司受權之經銷商購買

f)        產品用作商業用途

g)       對任何第三方軟件之兼容問題

h)       靜止圖像顯示太長時間 (: 公司標誌、字符、遊戲、電腦圖示或更改顯示比例等),引屏幕留下永久殘像;

i)         掛牆安裝工程

(3)     由購買日起開始計算,保用期內(除裝飾物等專案, :鍵板、機殼、電源綫、座檯架等),機件如有損壞或發生故障時,經本公司技術人員證實該機故障屬正常使用下發生,本公司將提供免費修理及零件更換,而更換後之損壞零件將歸屬本公司

(4)     一切修理服務只在本公司辦公時間內及安全工作環境下方可提供

(5)     基於安全理由,維修掛牆電視之高度(由機底計)只限5呎或以下

(6)     本公司將不負責任何由於器材而招致的直接或間接損失

(7)     若需外勤服務之本港離島〔包括大嶼山、南丫島、長洲、坪洲、東涌、愉景灣及馬灣市內〕需繳付本公司所訂之合理舟車費用,每次HK$200

(8)     離島用戶若其產品需回廠修理,用戶需負責將該產品送往本公司的服務中心,或位於市區交通可達的地方交收,及於修妥後,自行在同一地點取回,用戶須自行繳付船運費。  禁區內或艇舶上的用戶若其產品需修理,用戶需負責將產品送出禁區外或市區岸上的地方,供本公司派員檢修或取回廠修理,於修妥後,在同一地點取回

(9)     公司僅接受由購買日期起計7天內的更換貨品要求。有關更換原因必須為LCD屏幕出現多於3點死點及/或光點

(10)  除徵得本公司同意外,保用權不得轉讓

(11)  保養只適用於香港特別行政區或澳門特別行政區所購買之產品

(12)  如需要補發保用證或在30天後補辦登記保養服務, 本公司須收取HK$50手續費

(13)  請妥存此保用證,並於修理時出示本證及購機正式發票予本公司技術人員查閱

(14)  本保用細則內容如有修改,恕不另行通知.如有任何爭議,創維海外有限公司擁有最終決定權

(15)  產品內置或外置存儲媒體 :

a)  對任何在維修時遺失儲存於該等媒體的資料、數據或程式,如有任何損毀創維概不負責;

b)       創維不會為維修產品之存儲媒體,提供備份服務;

c)       客戶應先在產品維修前,自行為產品內存儲媒體存備份

(16)  同一機型產品所預載之軟件版本可能因不同國家而略有不同,客戶切勿自行於其他國家之Skyworth網站下載任何升級韌體

This is to certify that the “SKYWORTH” product is entitled to his warranty subject to the terms and conditions as belows:-

1)             Warranty period:-

a)         LCD TV & LED Backlight LCD TV is warranted for 2 years;

b)        All Displayed item are warranted for 3 months;

c)         All SKYWORTH remote controls are warranted for 6 months.

2)             This warranty is invalid in the following cases:-

a)         The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident and natural calamities;

b)        The product has been modified, altered and / or repaired by persons other than technician of SKYWORTH Overseas Limited;

c)         The serial number has been altered, effaced and /or removed;

d)        Fail to follow the installation instructions provided;

e)         Products were purchased in others areas and where is not authorized dealers by our company;

f)          The warranty service is invalid if the product is used for commercial nature;

g)        Compatibility with third party software;

h)        Still picture to be displayed for an extended period (e.g. company logos, text, games, computer images, images displayed in aspect ratio etc.) cause a permanent after-image to remain on the screen of display panel.

i)          Wall mounting work.

3)             For any defect, in the judgment of our technicians, caused under normal usage, Skyworth Overseas Limited is responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge within the warranty period (excepted accessories, e.g. keypad, cabinet, power cord and base stand etc.), commencing from the date of purchase. Any replaced defective parts will become Skyworth’s property.

4)             The service will only be provided at any time during our normal business hours and under the safe conditions and circumstances.

5)            For safety purpose, on-site service of the wall mount onto the wall is restricted to the height not more than 5 ft. or below (i.e. the distance between the bottom of the TV and the ground).

6)             The Company will not be liable for any loss directly caused from the breakdown of the equipment.

7)             An additional transportation cost at HK$150.00 will be charged for service on outlying islands (Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Ping Chau). While HK$50.00 will be charged for (Tung Chung City and Ma Wan).

8)             In outlying island, if workshop repairing is needed, the customer will be responsible for transporting the product to and from our service centre, or a specified place in urban area. For customers in restricted areas or on boats, if service is required they will be responsible for transporting the product to and from a specified place out of restricted area or on shore in urban area for rendering of service.

9)             Company accepts goods exchange for more than five bright or dead pixels found on the LED TV / LCD TV panel within 14 days from date of purchase, In case of any disputes. Company reserves the right to make the final decision.

10)          All the rights of warranty are not transferable save with the consent of the Company.

11)          Warranty will only be valid if the product was purchased in Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR.

12)          The service charge will be charged HK$50 if the warranty card is sent after 30 days of purchase of dated or re-issue the warranty card.

13)          Please retain this part and present it together with the official invoice to our technician during each service.

14)          The contents of this warranty terms and conditions will be adjusted without prior notice. In case of disputes, Skyworth Overseas Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

15)          Product external or built of any memory storage media:

a)         Skyworth shall not be responsible for any loss of data, which may be lost or damaged during repair;

b)        Skyworth will not provide back-up service of the product;

c)         Customer should make back-up copies before product inspection.

16)          The version of the software pre-loaded in the same product may vary in different countries, customer should not download any upgrade firmware from other countries.
